- If the desired service has not been provided or you have placed duplicate orders. Please do write to us at info@udyamregistration-msme.com with in 7 days of placing your order clearly mentioning the reason. If your concerns holds good, you can expect a full moneyback of fee charged by us excluding any amount paid to the third parties i.e. Government Department, Certification Agencies etc. out of total amount collected from you.
- Shipping cost, handling charges and any other taxes collected are non-refundable in any case.
- NO Refund shall be granted in case the customer failed to provide the required information to process the service request or the contact details supplied in order page are incorrect or the calls are not attended by the applicant.
- No refund shall be granted on the grounds of payment made by mistake or change of mind or services availed from somewhere else.
