REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made towards services offered by Fedsmaven Consultings Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") through the website https://udyamregistration-msme.com ("Website").

By making a payment for any service, You ("User", "You") acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to the Company are non-refundable in nature.

The Company operates on a strict "No Refund" policy, and no refund shall be issued once a service request is placed, except in cases explicitly covered under this policy.

3. Limited Exception – Duplicate Payment

A refund may be considered only in the following case:

  • • Duplicate payment made for the same service/order unintentionally

Such cases shall be subject to verification by the Company.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios (Explicit Exclusions)

Refund requests shall not be entertained under any of the following circumstances:

  • • Orders placed by mistake considering this website a Government Platform.
  • • Change of mind after placing the order
  • • User decides not to proceed with the service
  • • User denies to share the OTP required to process the requested service on Government servers.
  • • Delay or inability to process due to:
    • o Government server downtime or technical issues
    • o Portal unavailability or system errors
  • • Issues arising at the User's end, including:
    • o Incorrect or incomplete information
    • o Failure to provide required documents
  • • Customer being unreachable or repeatedly rescheduling calls/services
  • • Rejection or delay due to ineligibility under applicable government rules
  • • Any delay caused by third-party systems or authorities
5. Processing Nature of Services

The User acknowledges that:

  • • The Company provides consultancy and facilitation services
  • • Work may commence immediately upon order confirmation
  • • Services are dependent on:
    • o Government systems and policies
    • o Accuracy of user-provided data

Accordingly, payments are towards effort, expertise, and processing, and not contingent upon final approval.

6. Discretionary Consideration of Requests

While the Company follows a strict no-refund policy, it may, at its sole discretion, review specific refund requests on a case-to-case basis.

Such consideration shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy or create any precedent.

7. Deductions Applicable on Approved Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • • GST amount shall not be refunded
  • • All payment gateway charges, banking charges, and processing expenses shall be deducted
  • • A handling charge of ₹300/- per order shall be applicable

The final refundable amount shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.

8. Mode and Timeline of Refund
  • • Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days
  • • Refund shall be made to Original payment source only.
9. Final Authority

The Company reserves the absolute right to:

  • • Approve or reject any refund request
  • • Determine the eligibility and amount of refund

The Company's decision shall be final and binding.
